Account Management Support - Health Tech - Tech for Good - Remote
I’m working with a small but growing Health-Tech company who are looking for an experienced Account Management Support to support the delivery side of their business. We are looking for someone detail-oriented and proactive who would like to develop project and account management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Account management support - be involved in client meeting, take notes and progress actions, review client reports and develop agenda points.
- Implementation support - Support client onboarding such as setting up of new users, creating support material and user guides and track client engagement
- Clinical technical administration support - Investigate and resolve any client errors, be involved in user acceptance testing, ensuring new product developments are fit for purpose and help respond to client queries
This role will suit an aspiring Account Manager or Project Coordinator.
You must have strong:
- Organisation skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks
- Proactive attitude and interest in problem-solving
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player who is willing to get stuck in and provide support across the company
- Competent user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in an administrative or project support role (preferably in healthcare or technology but not essential)
N.B. They do not offer Visa sponsorship.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000
Location: Remote working with occasional client meetings in London or Reading.
