As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we're looking for tenacious, motivated and passionate individuals to join our contact specialists.

You'll have access to award-winning training, materials for self-development and coaching from our top performers. You will be responsible for sourcing new clients, expanding our market share across the technical and engineering space and providing top tier contract candidates for their business.

This is best suited to someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, sales driven environment with goals to progress to leadership.

The Role:

  • Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
  • Clients: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
  • Candidates: Finding exceptional contract workers in the technical and engineering market, interview and managing candidate processes
  • Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Career progression into leadership and director roles
  • Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice)
  • Industry-leading training provided by our L&D team (no experience required)
