Your Role:

• Deliver Exceptional Advice: Clearly articulate value to clients.
• Confidence & Expertise: Provide robust protection advice to complement mortgages, enhancing case sizes.
• Client-Focused Service: Use your 2+ years of face-to-face mortgage and protection experience to meet and exceed client needs.
• Target Achiever: Utilize your knowledge to recommend products that align with client budgets and requirements.
• Compliance & Standards: Work to FCA standards, ensuring top-notch service and compliance.
• Flexible Availability: Be ready to offer appointments in the evenings and weekends.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain a proactive attitude toward learning and development.

Requirements:

• Experience & Passion: Proven experience in the role and a genuine passion for exceptional customer service.
• Qualifications: Fully CeMAP qualified.
• Interpersonal Skills: Enthusiastic, focused, and ambitious, with strong interpersonal skills.
