It is a successful school with a large sixth form, easily accessible from Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley and Birmingham. This is to start ASAP, on a temporary basis with the view to go permanent.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise classes during absence of teachers
• Ensure the students remain on task and follow the work set
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policy
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed
• Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth handover of lessons

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor is a must
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom environments
• Commitment to the school's ethos and values
