Property Manager (or Assistant Property Manager stepping up) - Bristol - c£30k

We’re working with a highly reputable, long established, RICS Accredited Multi-Disciplinary Property Consultancy who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

  • Working out of a Bristol office, 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (plenty of free parking on site!)
  • Managing a diverse but local and compact portfolio of blocks and estates of varying sizes and status (RTM, Freeholder, RMC etc.)
  • Undertaking the full range of block management duties from budget setting to insurance provision and major works, all with outstanding support and guidance from expert in-house teams (Surveyors, Legal & Accounts)
  • You will need 1 years block management experience, ideally as a Property Manager but consideration will also be given to Assistant Property Manager’s looking to step up
  • A driver’s license is essential for site visits (pool car available)
  • TPI qualification desirable but not essential, our client will support those keen to qualify in post
  • Close knit, inclusive and vibrant team with lots of optional socials - go-karting, clay pigeon shooting etc.

In addition to a structured career path, the successful Property Manager (or Assistant Property Manager stepping up) can expect a starting basic salary up to £30k with reviews and uplifts based on tenure and responsibility
