The Role
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, including:

• Divorce and separation matters.
• Financial settlements, including high-value and complex cases.
• Cohabitation disputes and agreements.
• Child arrangements, relocation matters, and parental responsibility issues.
• Cases involving domestic abuse, parental alienation, and related challenges.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in family law.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise in family law procedures.
• Be a member of Resolution or committed to constructive dispute resolution.
• Possess excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Have a proactive approach to managing a varied caseload effectively.
