Investment Operations Analyst

Role Summary
An exciting assetmanager is seeking an Investment Operations Analyst with a background in middleoffice functions. This role offers a collaborative environment and exposure toa wide range of asset classes, including bonds, equities, hedge funds, privatemarkets, and direct property. This position is also heavily integrated with thefront office has extensive interaction with the Fund Managers and Analysts. Therefore, this role will appeal to candidates looking for significant exposure to the front office with varied responsibilities initially assuming responsibility for Trade instruction with external fund managers and oversight, posting cash, pricing, contract notes, etc before taking on additional responsibilities and projects as the successful incumbent develops within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage trade execution, cash postings, and data within the Data Management System.
• Monitor daily data feeds and resolve issues with Data Services.
• Maintain accurate portfolio, asset, and benchmark data.
• Oversee trade execution and ensure timely settlement.
• Support operational due diligence and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to resolve audit queries and reconcile positions.
• Develop and improve reporting quality and consistency.
• Manage projects and cross-departmental communications.
• Oversee key service providers, managing notifications and updates.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in investment operations/administration.
• Strong analytical skills and financial market knowledge.
• Professional qualifications (IOC, IMC) or relevant credentials is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive problem-solving attitude.
