Caretaker

My client is based in Greenford and looking recruit on a temporary basis a School Premises Manager of the assisting in the maintenance and security services on trust premises thereby ensuring a safe working environment. 

Temporary Cover from 4th December 2024 - 20th December 2024

Split Shifts 7am - 11am / 3pm - 6pm.

Purpose: To deliver thorough property management and security services for the school. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing inspections, maintenance, statutory compliance, and repairs for the academy’s buildings and grounds. Ensure the highest standards of service delivery, health and safety, and security are upheld.

Salary: £15- £17 depending on experience 

Contract: Temporary
