Service Co-ordinator

We are recruiting for a Proactive Service Co-ordinator who is structured, organised with a passion of analytical thinking in a fast paced environemnt. 

Monday- Friday 9.00am- 17.30pm No Hybrid options

Paying up to £30,000, dependant on experience. 

Two key job responsibilities to the service coordinator role:

 Arranging the planned servicing 
 Arranging the site visits for faults and repairs

Duties to include: 

• Liaising with the customers
• Recording data in the system
• Answering incoming requests (via phone call or email) 
• Process information from customers and book callouts for engineers.
