Role Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver accounts and tax services for a portfolio of rural clients
• Prepare detailed accounts for large and complex businesses
• Provide insightful advice on tax planning and compliance
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Identify opportunities for added value and assist clients in achieving their financial goals

Candidate Requirements

• AAT qualified with a strong background in accountancy practice
• Experience managing complex client portfolios
• Excellent technical knowledge in accounts preparation and tax compliance
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
• Experience in or knowledge of the rural sector is desirable but not essential

• £38,000 to £48,000 per annum
