Assistant Management Accountant - Media

A lovely Marketing Communications Agency, often voted the best place to work is recruiting for an Assistant Management Accountant to report to the Head of Finance.

Do you have strong purchase and sale ledger experience with some exposure to management accounts, looking to learn more about month end grow into a management accountant?

The Head of Finance will support you and provide one to one mentorship.

The Role:

• Raise client invoices and track payment & missing timesheets

• Process supplier invoices and payments, weekly bank reconciliations & expenses

• Work with the Head of Finance to provide support to the Account Management team

• Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding payments

• Prepare monthly management accounts

• Updating cashflow reforecast

This role with ideally suit candidates with previous creative agency experience that have used Paprika. If you are bored of purely processing data and want to learn more and business partner?
