Boutique Assistant – Reporting to Deputy Boutique Manager
Job Mission:
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Concierge/Client Host is responsible for welcoming clients, managing waiting times and queues, and ensuring a seamless client experience. They maintain the boutique environment, support Sales Associates during sales, and contribute to daily boutique operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Welcoming and Waiting Time Management Welcoming:
- Uphold the Maison's image with a professional demeanor at all times.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience with courtesy and professionalism.
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival.
- Thank clients upon departure.
Waiting Time Management:
- Use an app to manage waiting times effectively.
- Direct clients to waiting areas, ensuring they feel attended to.
- Share Maison stories and information, offering boutique discovery tours when requested.
Client Flow & Orientation:
- Address client inquiries and assess their needs.
- Direct clients to appropriate departments or representatives.
- Ensure smooth client flow within the boutique.
2. Sales Assistance - Retrieve and return items for Sales Associates.
- Provide discreet support during sales.
- Coordinate between Sales Associates and Stock teams.
- Handle gift wrapping and manage the packaging area.
- Advise on fragrances and other objects.
- Accompany clients to the door upon departure.
3. Non-Value and Stockroom Management - Order non-value goods and supplies for sales, stock, and hospitality activities.
- Organize the stockroom and optimize storage (non-value items only).
- Receive non-value deliveries and supplies.
4. Boutique Environment - Maintain an impeccable boutique environment.
- Manage the music and olfactory atmosphere of the boutique.
- Ensure windows and counters are in perfect condition, including housekeeping.
5. Daily Boutique Operations - Adhere to all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Participate in inventories, price labeling, and Visual Merchandising implementation.
- Assist with boutique opening and closing setups and breakdowns.

- Paying from £12- £15 + holiday pay + pension contributions
- Weekly or Monthly Pay Methods, with immediate start
