The business has seen excelled growth in existing and new areas & are keen to secure the right talent to continue this growth and gaining more marketshare. The position of a Managing Consultant is for an established individual in the market, who will be hands on with business development, as well as nurturing existing Quest clients to work on within Retail, eCommerce, Media, and beyond.

This role is about bringing commercial growth to the company and will not require you to manage a large team, so happy for people to work remotely or hybrid.

Responsibilities of a Managing Consultant :

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to ensure that objectives are met
  • Making full use of our CRM Salesforce system for candidates and clients
  • Utilising Linkedin, job boards, headhunting & mapping to find the best calibre candidates
  • To understand and promote our different service solutions including recruitment, mapping, advertising, RPO & retained searches
  • Focused on delivering quality and adding value - you will be providing 360 recruitment services to clients
  • Overseeing a resourcer and having accountability of their KPI's and financial targets (remotely)
  • Making pivotal decisions on Quest's sourcing options and sector focus
  • Forging more exclusive or retained relationships with clients
  • Negotiations on terms and ways of working
  • Involved in weekly stand-ups and round up session

Requirements for a Managing Consultant:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a recruitment or talent setting - agency side.
  • We currently have presence in Retail, eCommerce and Media so experience in this field will be advantageous
  • Happy to work in an autonomous working environment within either from Home or hybrid in a central London office in Oxford Street
  • We are a business focused on EMEA so if you have recruited in other markets or territories this would also be of consideration
  • Have experience of growing long-term relationships with their clients and can show examples of this
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graduate or graduate calibre
