Academics are currently searching for a supportive, enthusiastic, Year 1 Teacher to join a lovely school in Redbridge, London. Excited to add to their team they have great career development progression steps in place for ECTs & experienced teachers. This school is a 2-form entry with a 'GOOD' OFSTED, eager to add to their community and build a stronger team of teachers and through education and training push for that 'OUTSTANDING' OFSTED report!

Ideal Year 1 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or (PGCE)
• A positive attitude towards delivering the national curriculum and tailoring it to class needs
• Sufficient knowledge of safeguarding protocols within education and training
• Good behavior management skills and teacher values
• Patience, empathy and the ability to nurture

As a Year 1 Teacher you will be responsible for:

• Planning, delivering and assessing students work across all of the national curriculum
• Partaking in education and training days organised by the school
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure student wellbeing is in place

This Year 1 Teacher role requires someone that is ready to implement their skills whilst delivering excellent knowledge of the national curriculum in the form of fun, creative and engaging lessons!
