HGV Technician required near Leighton Buzzard

up to £20 per hour + shift allowance

40 hours per week - you can determine the shift

Our client is currently seeking an experienced HGV/PSV Technician to join its busy workshop today.

This family-run business has been established in the area for 50 years and is seeking an experienced Technician - this can be through qualification or 'time-served’ experience. The workshop is seeking someone to become part of the family in it recently revamped workshop.

Key Responsibilities/Skills:

• To diagnose faults and test vehicles utilising equipment available and using recognised test procedures and techniques, including road testing where deemed necessary.
• To observe, recognise and report on defects and/or symptoms of impending failure. Identification of recharge costs advising the Workshop Supervisor and correct completion of paperwork.

You must possess previous experience within HGV/PSV mechanics and we are happy to consider both non and franchised backgrounds.
