Hays Education have seen an increased need for local behaviour mentors and behaviour specialised teaching assistants across Blackpool for both day-to-day and long-term supply opportunities.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor/Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school based in Blackpool. The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to promote positive behaviour and support students in overcoming barriers to learning. You will support students on a 1:1 and smaller intervention basis both inside and outside the classroom. Your role is pivotal in aiding the academic and social development of the students within the school.
