Senior Delivery Consultant

On this contract desk, you will support high volume delivery across a variety of blue collar skillsets in the defence space. As a senior delivery consultant will have to work at pace in order to fulfil our clients incoming requirements whilst supporting the Team leader in driving high performance amongst the wider team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong candidate & client referral network.
  • Know which candidate attraction tools to apply for each opportunity & always maximise available tools.
  • Suggest & use advanced candidate sourcing methods.
  • Think laterally & suggest new candidate sourcing methods.
  • Proactively build & engage with hotlists of candidates to support current & future demand.
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of client (or internal) expectations, offering a consultative service with regards to candidate sourcing, selection & management.
  • Manage candidates & clients throughout the recruitment process, with the ability to handle complex or long-term offer to start scenarios.
  • Spot 'red flags' in the vacancy process & seek advice from team members.
  • Always plan for & conduct after-care to Increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop excellent relationships (either with the client directly or internal Sales) to increase quality & client satisfaction.
  • Be considered an expert on client processes, advising others to ensure relevant SLAs & KPIs are met.
  • Use relevant tools to identify vacancy leads for unsuccessful candidates & pass to Sales.
  • Use the system to maximise opportunities for submitting qualified candidates to multiple vacancies. Recommend opportunities to others in business
  • Uphold high standards of data integrity across all records that you encounter
  • Offer advice/intel. to customers & colleagues regarding the candidate market within your area(s).
  • Collate & track trends in talent market.
  • Aware of legislation impacting your area.
  • Maintain & develop mutually beneficial business relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Aware of team targets & continually work to support them. Support your Team Leader in driving high performance.

  • Competent use of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Customer service or sales experience within a recruitment environment
