Audit & Accounts Manager

Audit and Accounts Manager required. My client is a well-established firm of chartered accountants based in Manchester, who are seeking an Audit and Accounts Manager to join their friendly and welcoming team due to recent growth.

My client is based in Worsley so suitable applicants must have a reasonable commute to the area.

• Deliver audit and accounts assignments in line with current legislation and compliance
• Leading audits from planning through to completion for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Delegate work and mentor your team members to support their learning and development
• Review statutory accounts
• Work closely with your clients to build trusted and long-lasting relationships
• Work closely with the partners, completing files to a high standard

• ACCA/ACA qualified or at the final stages of qualification
• A highly competent and organised individual with solid commercial awareness and previous experience within a practice environment
• Extremely motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well within a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• £50,000-£55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
• 35 hours per week (option to work a 4-day week)
• 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays
