We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team in, Coventry. This is an ongoing position that requires excellent organisational and communication skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a world-class service to customers and supporting our client's daily operations.

Hourly Rate: £14.00 (Dependant on experience)

Hours: 28 hours (3.5 days) raising to 37.5 hours Monday-Friday, Flexible on hours.

Location: Coventry (Hybrid once fully trained)

Duration: ASAP start, long term temporary role

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing calendars.
  • Process third party orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Manage parts logistics and inventory, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Enter orders into the system and update customer profiles as necessary.
  • Delivering a world-class service to customers through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Updating internal records and collaborating with colleagues across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role, with a solid understanding of administrative processes.
  • Proactive thinking and a positive attitude towards work.
  • Experience with SAP is beneficial.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail.
