Growth requires us to build out more deal teams, this role is to lead a deal team. Deal team consists of lead advisor, deal support function and admin assistant.
We provide advisory services to a wide variety of clients and therefore advise on a wide range of financing products/structures. The candidate will benefit from exposure to the variety of client types and deal structures.
Reporting into and working directly with CEO and alongside Sales Director.
We have a strong origination function, so origination is not a primary objective for the candidate, but you will be expected to invest speculative time into various potential clients originated by the company.
There is an existing client base to reach into and multiple new inbound leads every week for the candidate to meet with and qualify.
Role spans across origination, engagement, marketing transactions and managing completion processes. Leading a team through the entire deal process.
Help to build consistent workflows across operational processes to lay foundations for continued growth and to support growing headcount.
Responsibilities:
Meet with and prospect potential new clients.
Qualification of new client transactions.
Financial analysis of clients and building transaction. materials.
Execution of client transactions, ensuring success.
