Production Team Leader - Night Shift

I am looking to recruit a Production Team Leader, to cover a Night Shift role at a pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Oxford.

You will be responsible for leading all aspects of cleanroom production through management of workload, staff resources, inventory, and equipment, while ensuring compliance with the manufacturing license and quality system requirements.

As this is a more senior role, you must have some healthcare experience within a manufacturing environment (GMP). Experience within an Aseptic or Clean rooms would be highly desirable.

The role will be working on a 10pm till 6am shift pattern, starting on Sunday at 10pm and finishing on a Friday at 6am.
