We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school team in Hailsham, providing tailored support to pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, or physical needs. This role is essential in helping children overcome challenges and achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with children with special educational needs to ensure they feel valued and supported.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual needs.
• Assisting with classroom activities, adapting resources, and promoting engagement.
• Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to implement individualized learning plans.
