My Client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of chemical products for the building industry and has contributed to the construction of some of the most important architectural and infrastructural works worldwide.
About The Role:
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and effectively manage your sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Build and manage a pipeline of projects, influencing the specification of resinous flooring solutions in commercial and industrial applications.
- Provide technical guidance and product knowledge to specifiers and end-users.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Support the coordination of project timelines and milestones with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales activities, and the project pipeline through CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in resinous flooring, with a strong background in specification sales.
- Solid understanding of the specification process within the construction industry.
- Proven ability to build relationships with architects, specifiers, and contractors.
- Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ability to interpret and discuss architectural plans and specifications.
- Willingness to travel within [specified territory] to meet clients and attend industry events as required
Salary:
- Base Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 Complimented by a package,
