We are seeking an Electrical Technician to support our electrical installation lecturer at a further education college. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical work and a passion for education.

• Assist the electrical installation lecturer in preparing and setting up equipment and materials for classes.
• Provide technical support to students during practical sessions.
• Maintain and manage the inventory of electrical supplies and tools.
• Ensure all equipment is safe and in working order, performing routine checks and maintenance.
• Support the lecturer in demonstrating practical skills and techniques in electrical installation.
• Help in the organisation and clean-up of the workshop after classes.

• Strong background in electrical work.
• Level 3 qualification in Electrical is essential.
• Experience in an educational or training environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in the workshop.
