We’re looking for a highly motivated New Homes Sales Manager to complement our team covering the Southampton areas. The main purpose of this role is to nurture and manage relationships with developer clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term partnership success.

Key responsibilities of a New Homes Sales Manager - Building and maintaining strong relationships with our developer clients to ensure opportunities for repeat business
- Recruitment, training, and management of new homes sales staff
- Overseeing and delivering high standards of customer care and service on developments of varying sizes
- Managing the cross selling of services to ensure a seamless client experience
- Liaison with our Area Manager and Branch teams to enhance performance
- Liaison with our Marketing teams to deliver on strategy
- Visiting developments and branches within the area to ensure consistent service delivery
- Internal reporting where necessary
- Attending conferences and management meetings where required
- Auditing of branches and sites to check actions are followed
- Working with our Land and New Business staff to help identify opportunities for future growth
- Working with conveyancers and brokers to maximise sales pipeline conversion
Skills and experience required to be a successful New Homes Sales Manager - Estate Agency experience essential
- New homes sales experience either for a developer or within estate agency (both would be an advantage)
- Strong focus on customer care, service delivery, and relationship management
- Ability to manage and influence others
- Attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to the varying needs of others
- IT literate
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing tools
