Key Responsibilities:

• Assist children with a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, behavioral challenges, and sensory or communication difficulties.
• Support students in developing emotional regulation and social interaction skills.
• Help manage challenging behavior and encourage positive choices.
• Collaborate with teachers and SEN professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a caring approach to all students.

Position Details:

• Role: Mental Health Specialist
• Location: Bracknell
• Pay Rate: £83 - £95 per day (based on experience, training, and qualifications)
• Contract: Long-term temporary, with the potential for a permanent position
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Experience: Preferred but not essential - enthusiasm and dedication are key!
