This is a phenomenal opportunity for an inspirational Leader, passionate about people to join our Electronics Engineering organisation on a 12 month fixed term contract and play a major role in shaping its future.
Job Title: Functional People Manager
Salary: Circa £62,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage or Bristol (We may be able to offer a relocation package for this role)
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working. Typically this may be 3 days a week in the office due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship
Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
