• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide targeted support to students, ensuring inclusive and accessible learning for all.
• Help manage classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts.
• Contribute to lesson planning and preparation of educational resources.
• Observe and report on student progress, offering feedback to the teaching team.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children.
• A proactive, supportive approach to meeting diverse learning needs.
• Previous experience working with children, in settings such as schools, tutoring, or volunteering.
