Senior Personal Injury Solicitor - Suffolk We are working alongside a forward thinking specialist company who are seeking an experienced Multi-Track RTA Solicitor to join their leading team. Owned by a major insurer, this team has been a trusted name in handling claims for over a decade. With growth across the group, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the next stage of development at the senior level. Role Overview: Multi-Track RTA caseload, dealing with claims with values up to £1 million. You'll work closely with clients and professionals, including case managers, rehabilitation agencies, and barristers, to deliver exceptional service and positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a caseload mostly Multi-Track RTA claims, from inception to resolution. * Build and nurture relationships with existing and new clients * Liaise effectively with medical and rehabilitation providers, accident investigators, and other legal professionals. * Attend court hearings and litigate claims as needed. * Support regulatory compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the business. * Collaborate with colleagues across the group to share best practices and drive innovation On Offer: An above market rate salary, and package, alongside fantastic flexibility with hybrid / remote working.
