Senior Associate Surveyor - Lease Advisory

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Senior Associate Surveyor (Lease Advisory) to work with one of our Private Consultancy clients in Birmingham.

What the job will be doing

• Rent reviews
• Lease renewals
• Lease regears
• Proactive in business development and creating new opportunities and an ability to demonstrate a good track record in delivering Lease Advisory services
• Proactive in business development and creating new opportunities and an ability to demonstrate a good track record in delivering Lease Advisory services.

What you will need

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years post qualification experience in Commercial Lease Advisory services
• MRICS / FRICS qualified
