Our clients Rural Property team in Central Bristol offer bespoke advice to a broad range of rural clients. As well as acting for some of the biggest landowners throughout the South West.

On a day to day basis instructions range from supporting landowner clients buying and selling property, through all aspects of management of rural land including tenancy issues and planning, to advising on manorial and mineral rights and the implementation of green energy schemes.

The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and supportive team with a wealth of relevant experience. For a Senior Real Estate Solicitor with a positive attitude, excellent drafting skills and a true desire to work with and advise rural clients, this role offers the opportunity to learn from genuine leaders in their respective fields and to build and develop a successful career.
