In this role as a Mortgage Advisor / Mortgage Broker specializing in new-build properties, you’ll benefit from a fully remote setup and be responsible for delivering comprehensive, client-centered mortgage advice across Cambridgeshire.
- Lead Generation & Management: Manage a consistent stream of 10-12 new-build and shared ownership mortgage leads weekly from the top UK sources, including one of the nation’s largest shared ownership introducers and local Cambridgeshire developers.
- Client Engagement: Establish rapport with clients, offering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice. Your role is to simplify the mortgage selection process for clients, ensuring they feel supported and secure as they make significant financial decisions. Aim to achieve 1-2 successful mortgage completions each week.
- Tailored Mortgage Solutions: Based on each introducer’s requirements, provide fee-based and non-fee-based mortgage advice to address diverse financial needs within the Cambridgeshire market.
- Proactive Business Development: Beyond the provided leads, actively reach out to new-build developers in Cambridgeshire to build lasting relationships and further expand your client base.
- Efficient Process Management: Respond to mortgage enquiries swiftly and professionally, maintaining high service standards to streamline the mortgage journey for clients from inquiry through to completion.
- Remote-Working Flexibility: Work from a fully equipped home office, with all essential IT equipment provided, ensuring you can deliver an exceptional client experience from anywhere within the Cambridgeshire area.
