Job Advert: Senior Project Manager
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to join our client, a leading banking organisation based in London. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial leadership role and be responsible for managing multiple workstream leads within the organisation.
In this role, you will primarily focus on managing a project related to offshoring/outsourcing. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the transition of services during the offshoring process, ensuring controlled and effective management.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree-level education and have obtained industry recognised modern programme and project management qualifications such as MSP, PMP, or APM. Change Management qualifications, such as APMG or ADKAR, would also be desirable.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organisation, managing long-term, high-risk projects that are crucial for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have previous experience managing similar offshoring/outsourcing projects in the financial services industry. They will possess a strong understanding of the surrounding regulatory framework and financial markets. Proven experience in delivering complex transformation projects within financial services, alignment with corporate objectives, effective team leadership, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
