• Qualifications: ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least 5 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
• Audit & Accounts Expertise: Proven experience managing audit and account assignments, with a strong understanding of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Client Relationship Management: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Leadership Skills: Experienced in mentoring and leading audit and accounts teams, with a collaborative approach to management
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software such as IRIS, Sage, and Xero is beneficial
