Service Advisor

You will be the primary point of contact for customers checking in their vehicles and their reliable advisor for providing updates on vehicle progress. Strong relationship-building skills and excellent organisational abilities are essential.
Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership or automotive service environment is a must
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes is desirable
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
• Full UK Driving Licence

The package

• Basic salary: £28,000 - £31,000 + up to £35,000 OTE (uncapped)
