Overview

Come and be a part of our exciting First Response Team where you will help forge our success from the very start, ensuring our children and families are assessed promptly and receive the right service the first time, after assessment.

As a team of experienced Managers and Social Workers, you will be closely supported by Morning Lane Associates working under a systemic family therapy model to ensure we meet the needs of children and families. Furthermore, you’ll be in the right place to see first-hand at least 2 of the exciting workplace initiatives Harrow’s involved with, and benefit from a £1m investment in technology to support our front line workers.

  • Social Work qualification e.g. Dip SW, BA (Hons) and/or Masters in Social Work.
  • Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
  • Enthusiastic to work within a team and independently with a manageable caseload and a good level of opportunities for career progression and training.

  • Managing a caseload of children in need and child protection.
  • Chairing professional meetings and managing plans.
