Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage One Primary Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ensuring their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
If in a long term placement - Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the Key Stage One curriculum.

Daily and Long term -
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes high standards of achievement and behavior.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A degree in Education or a related field.

Experience:

Previous experience teaching Key Stage One is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
Skills and Attributes:

Strong understanding of the Key Stage One curriculum and assessment requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
