Salary £28,000 - £30,000 ( OTE £60,000  - £70,000 ) 

Hours – fulltime  - rotational shift between 0800am – 2000hrs – 5 out of 7

As a sales Manager, you will lead our client’s sales team within their outbound sales Call Centre. Your main focus will be on converting sales leads into bookings, driving team performance, and fostering business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to Senior Management, ensuring a thorough understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
• Maintaining high standards across teams through performance management and regular audits.
• Forecasting, data analysis, and addressing underperformance promptly.
• Handling customer issues or complaints efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Overseeing recruitment, headcount management, and budgeting for your team.

• Strong leadership skills with a drive for success.
• Exceptional communication and listening abilities.
• Proven experience in estate agency or contact centre management in an outbound sale capacity.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Professional demeanour with excellent literacy, numeracy, and computer skills.
