Job Purpose
- Managing a diverse client portfolio across a wide range of industries
- Organising accounts and audit jobs, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Overseeing audit engagements from planning to completion, acting as the go-to person for clients
- Supervising junior staff, including review working and knowledge sharing
- Building trusted client relationships as their main point of contact, proactively handling queries
- Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities
- Staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in client management
- Maintaining accurate daily records by conducting activity logging
- Working directly with Managers, Directors and Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met
- Overseeing on-site work and perform accounting, auditing and computer functions

The Successful Applicant
- Qualified, part-qualified or studying
- Qualified by experience within practice also considered
- Technically efficient across audits and accounting
- Able to handle all client information with the utmost confidentiality
- Self-motivated, reliable and eager to progress within the firm
- The ability to deliver technical knowledge as a point of call for the team
- Confident reviewing processes and improving systems to boost efficiency
- Strong communication skills are essential, both verbal and written
- Good commercial acumen
