Base Salary - £28,000- £35,000 (Dependant on Experience)

Our client is only 30 people strong but still making waves in their space. They are looking to help experienced Recruiters, from any sector, to truly reach their potential and have fun doing it. They have an international reach from their fantastic office and will be opening offices in both Europe and North America before 2025!

• No KPIs for KPIs sake, if they know you’re capable of doing the role they aren’t precious about hitting every metric every day.
• They still value having the team in the office and would like to want to be there too, but you can work from home where needed.
• Promotion targets, and your progress towards hitting them, are there for everybody to see, the goal posts won’t be moved.
• Amazing incentives but not everything is centred around alcohol. They’ll always listen to new ideas and ways of celebrating success.
• Huge push towards D&I and making sure equal opportunities are given.
• Health, wealth and happiness - Gym membership, top commission structure (up to 40%), mental health days.
