Customer Service Representative - High Wycombe - Permanent - £22,000 to £25,000 per annum plus benefits!
A global company who specialise in electrical components are looking for a personable and highly motivated individual to join their team in their High Wycombe Head Office!
What to Expect
- The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing the highest level of service to customers by processing orders, quotes and assisting customers with catalogue information
- Generate new and repeat business through customer service initiatives.
- Accurately processes customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns with a strong focus on service excellence.
- Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and to resolve any customer concerns that may arise.
- Provide information regarding availability of in-stock and out-of-stock items.
- Provide customers with cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, and offers associated products and promotional items.
- Research and expedite customer orders.
- Monitor and ensure delivery date and product quality to meet customer requirements; verifies customer orders are processed correctly.
- Confirm special handling orders are expedited.
- Support local Customer Service teams, and provides support for other teams when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We Are Looking For
- About two years’ experience in a customer service role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ability and desire to provide excellent customer service and to promote and maintain high standards of quality.
- Maintains a high level of commitment to achieve goals and has the desire and ability to deal directly with customers.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate efficiently with customers via both email and phone.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with other systems are a plus.
- Understands and able to correctly work with multiple currencies and other requirements with regard to processing international orders.
- Exhibits strong analytical skills, problem solving and negotiation skills, and analyses the impact of decisions before execution.
- Demonstrates profound planning and organization skills and works very structured.
- Accountable and integer, energetic personality.
